Position Overview
Role & Responsibilities: - Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, confirmation, transfers, resignations and exit interviews.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection and onboarding.
- Assist in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances and operational HR matters.
- Prepare and issue HR-related letters and documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters and other employee correspondence.
- Liaise with educational institutions and external partners for internship collaborations and recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure HR practices and processes are in compliance with the Employment Act, MOM regulations and statutory requirements.
