JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Manager by monitoring benefits, investigating employee complaints, reviewing accidents, and managing communications for the HR department. Additional duties may include managing unemployment responses, auditing employee files, monitoring state and federal compliance, and administrating performance reviews or special projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties

+ Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Manager

+ Compiling and updating employee records
