Responsibilities:
Deliver structured onboarding for new Hub Spot clients across one or more Hubs Set up portals, user permissions, custom objects, pipelines, and dashboards Guide clients through early CRM and campaign strategy Configure forms, workflows, automation, email templates, and integrations Conduct training sessions and onboarding calls Coordinate with PMs, Designers, and Developers on custom needs (e.g. website upgrades and integrations) Track onboarding timelines and deliverables using internal systems Support smooth handoff to CRM Specialists or Strategists post-onboarding Stay up to date on Hub Spot product updates and certifications Qualifications & Skills 2–4 years in a digital, CRM, or onboarding role (agency or tech environment) Solid experience with Hub...
