Position Overview
At McDonald’s, our General Managers don’t just run restaurants — they lead businesses, develop people, and create exceptional guest experiences every day. As a HU Certified General Manager, you are responsible for overall restaurant performance, team leadership, and delivering excellence in Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value (QSCV). This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent McDonald’s franchisee.
As a General Manager, you are accountable for all aspects of restaurant operations, people development, and business results.
