SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As an HSEQ Specialist you will help create a safe, compliant and high-quality workplace by providing expert guidance on Health Safety Environment and Quality HSEQ practices and ensuring all operations meet legal and corporate standards. This role reports to the HSEQ Manager and is based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HSEQ policies and management systems in line with legal requirements, Jotun standards, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health (ADOSH) regulations.
• Manage HSEQ documentation and records ensuring audit readiness and follow‑up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate and support HSEQ projects and initiatives with Element Owners to improve safety, quality and environmental performance.
