The HSEQ Coach builds HSSEQ capability and performance across Offshore Delivery by working directly with frontline teams, supervisors, and leaders to embed safe, compliant, and predictable practices. Providing flexible, mobile support across vessels, worksites, and onshore environments, the HSEQ coach spends most of their time engaging with those doing the work.
