The HSE Section Head is responsible for leading Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives within our construction projects to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. This role requires a proactive approach to creating a safe work environment, while promoting a culture of safety among all employees and stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop, implement, and manage HSE policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards, ensure compliance, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Deliver comprehensive HSE training and orientation to employees and contractors regarding health and safety standards, procedures, and emergency protocols.
