Position Overview
Job Description - Understand and effectively implement the organization’s SHMS at site
- Plan, organize and manage HSE promotional activities within the site to cultivate good HSE practices
- Provide reasonably practicable and effective HSE recommendations to team members to ensure compliance to legal and other requirements
- Motivate, coach and counsel on HSE matter to site workforce on an on-going basis with particular regard for recalcitrant personnel
- Co-ordinate the work of team members, allocate tasks and provide effective supervision
- Lead the risk assessment team at site
- Participate as a risk management team member in the corporate RM organization
- Brief project manager/project team periodically on the execution status of the overall safety program
- Carry out safety orientations and to conduct daily safety toolbox meeting (if required)
