We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer with SARS card to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
• Monitor and enforce safe work practices among workers and subcontractors.
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Conduct HSE inductions and toolbox talks for site personnel.
• Maintain and update HSE documentation including permits, inspections, and training records.
• Assist in emergency response planning and drills.
• Report HSE performance and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HSE Officer (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and best practices.
