They need a strong, well-developed SHE professional with a demonstrable track record in looking a after a multi-site portfolio. Due to the nature of the schemes involved with, you must have had demonstrable experience in residential groundworks or housebuilding.

Reporting into the board you will be:

• Managing the systems and driving continuous improvement in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
• Reviewing, improving and approving Health and Safety plans
• Driving a behavioural safety culture at site level, ensuring a proactive approach
• Managing sub-contractors and their performance whilst coaching a Health & Safety ethos out on-site
