Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce HSE compliance across well testing, drilling, and workover operations
• Ensure adherence to company, client, and regulatory safety standards, including SAWCOD requirements
• Conduct site safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments (JSA / HAZID / HAZOP)
• Support incident prevention by identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions
• Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE inductions onsite
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts; prepare detailed reports
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure safe execution of all field activities
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting

Requirements

• 6+ years of HSE experience within oil & gas (well testing, drilling, or workover environments preferred)
• NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory)
