Position Overview
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
5 years of direct field experience in their related field and NCSO Certification is an asset. National Construction Safety Officer Designation (NCSO); WHIMIS 2015; CSTS-09; Valid Driver’s license & reliable vehicle Craft knowledge in scaffolding, insulation, fireproofing, and painting (preferred) or equivalent plant operations/maintenance experience. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Promote, demonstrate and instill Company safety culture in all aspects of the business Conduct daily inspections and observations of work areas and liaise with supervisors and the crew relating to matters of Health, Safety, and Environment.
