**Major/Essential Functions:**

+ Enrollment of study subjects. As required by protocol, reviews consent forms with study subjects. Reviews the required authorization to release medical information forms. Performs routine spot checks of study consent forms
+ Conducts specific study activities delegated by Investigators, Research Director, Coordinator and Sponsors. Assists in preparing in-service training on study protocols and subject recruitment. Completes source documents and Case Report Forms...
