What you'll do:

As a HRIS Workday Team Lead, you'll be responsible for supporting the maintenance and ongoing development of the Workday Platform. This will include all aspects of HR including Compensation, Learning, Talent, Recruiting, Time, Absence, Payroll, and Benefits for our 3,000+ member team. You’ll work closely with the HRIS Workday Manager and assist in directing the daily work of several team members. In this role you will also be involved in the hands-on development and configuration of Workday application. One of your key responsibilities is to partner with HR stakeholders and across the Bank to identify gaps and enhancement opportunities in our Workday tenant.
