POSITION OVERVIEW

The HRIS Specialist plays a key role in managing and optimizing the organization’s system that supports payroll, HR, and other employee information across all markets. This role serves as the in-house expert for UKG Pro (HRIS) and related tools/platforms, ensuring seamless system functionality and effective data management.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

HRIS Expertise and Optimization:

  • Act as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for
  • UKG Pro (including employee mobile app), troubleshooting issues, managing external vendors, and ensuring system functionality.
  • Research, implement, and manage new system processes, workflows, tools, and efficiencies to align with organizational goals.
  • Provide ongoing user support and training for HRIS users, ensuring effective utilization of system capabilities.
