Position Summary
The HRIS Specialist serves as a key liaison between HR and IT, supporting the Oracle Fusion HCM platform across the employee lifecycle. This role ensures system integrity, drives process improvements, manages HRIS-related projects from initiation through completion, and delivers reporting and analytics that support strategic HR decision-making.
Essential Functions:
System Administration & Support
+ System Administration – Maintain and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, and Payroll integrations.
+ Troubleshooting & Support – Serve as the first point of contact for system issues; document, troubleshoot, and resolve or escalate as needed.
+ Data Integrity – Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
