HRIS Global Functional Lead

As part of our Success Factors Global Implementation, we are recruiting several HRIS Global Functional Leads, responsible for one or more functional streams across the HRIS landscape: Core HR, Recruiting & Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Payroll, Case Management, Time & Workforce Management, and Access Management & RBP. This role is central to the design, integration, governance, optimization, and long‑term sustainability of the global HRIS model.

Global Core Model Ownership & Design

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the End‑to‑End Core Model for assigned streams, such as Core HR/Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Payroll, Case Management, Time & Workforce Management, and Role‑Based Permissions.
• Ensure full alignment of processes, data models, and configurations with the overall HRIS global roadmap.
