. - years of experience in an associated Human Resources position, preferably managing HR data within HRIS (Workday)
. Ability to analyze data or requests to solve problems and recommend solutions with strong attention to detaiL
. Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Researches and corrects employee job data to ensure data integrity and eliminate errors through downstream processing.
- Runs queries and performs audits to support risk, audit and data privacy compliance. Processes job updates using knowledge and established business processes with HRIS (Workday).
