HRIS Administrator – SAP SuccessFactors

On behalf of our client, we are searching for an experienced HRIS Administrator with strong SuccessFactors exposure to support the day-to-day BAU operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of functional support, troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement, data integrity, and systems administration within a complex enterprise environment.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting the organisation’s SuccessFactors environment, ensuring smooth BAU operations across core HR systems while partnering closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and operational teams.

The environment is heavily focused on Employee Central, workforce structures, position management, governance, and data accuracy across a large and complex workforce.
