- Independently manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including needs analysis, sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand team dynamics and strategic goals, providing timely and effective talent acquisition solutions.
- Maintain and optimize recruitment processes to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
HRBP Support & Employee Operations:
- Assist in driving employee engagement and team-building activities by planning and organizing events that foster a sense of belonging and collaboration.
