Job Description
The HRBP Director role looks after one of the large business units of the organization (over 1000 headcount). This will manage a high performing team of around 7, focused on HR Business Partnership functions. This team is more like talent consultants dedicated to organization development and talent management as well as people development programs. It reports to the Chief Talent Officer.
Qualifications
> Bachelors graduate
> At least 10 to 15 years of experience in senior people leadership, talent strategy, or professional services environments
> Proven success leading managers and building leadership pipelines in complex, matrixed organizations
> Strong understanding of performance management, promotion readiness, and succession planning
