Role Summary

The HR Technology & AI Solutions Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and optimizing technology-driven solutions within the HR function, with a strong focus on AI-enabled tools and automation. This role partners with HR and technical teams to enhance operational efficiency, improve employee experience, and ensure responsible and compliant use of AI systems across people processes.
