Job Description
This role will support standardization, creation, and governance of core HR documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and user-friendly workflow guides. Develop training literature, end-to-end process and procedural documentation, reference guides, job aids/guides, presentations, visual micro learning aids etc. This role will partner closely with HR Subject Matter Experts across domains to translate complex compliance, legal, and operational policies into clear, actionable resources.
