The HR Sustainability Coordinator supports Chef Middle East’s sustainability and ESG agenda by coordinating relevant requirements, promoting responsible business practices, and embedding sustainability initiatives within HR and office operations. The role also supports sustainable travel practices and employee engagement in environmental and social responsibility programs.
Sustainability & ESG Coordination
- Coordinate and support the EcoVadis assessment process, including data collection, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Marketing, HR, Procurement, Operations, Finance, Facilities, Sales, Categories) to ensure accurate and timely sustainability reporting.
