Job Description
Specific / Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations concerns, including counseling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Prepare memos, notices (NTE), and other HR documentation
- Ensure integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive employee matters
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Help organize quarterly and annual performance evaluations
- Support training and development initiatives
Education Background:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Psychology, or equivalent
