Position Overview
Duties and Responsibilities
- 1. Interprets Company Policy, rules and regulations and ensures all policies being followed.
- 2. Orients newly hired employee (to a certain level) on the new and existing procedures of the Company.
- 3. Assist Officer or Senior Officer to review employment records/documents for completeness. Types, prepares and process HR important documents such as recruitment requests, resignations, terminations, transfers and promotions, salary adjustments and other related documents.
- 4. Establishes, maintains and updates records and files of the department such as employee service records, 201 personal files, physical examination result, SSS HDMF and BIR records. Develop record keeping system of the department.
- 5. Computes service computation dates, leave with and without pay etc.
- 6. Coordinate with proper authority regarding recruitment/placement and other requests.
