Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Managing recruitment reports including the viewed resume, candidates’ status and successfully onboarded.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disputes.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees, customers and management.
- Maintain proper documentation of employee-related incidents and concerns. Handle resignation processes, clearances, and exit interviews.
- Implement and monitor the Employee’s Performance Profile including the regularization, quarterly and yearly evaluation.
- Assist managers in setting KPIs and performance improvement plans (PIP).
