The HR Specialist supports the Business Unit Human Resources (BUHR) team by delivering day‑to‑day HR services that enable business performance and employee experience. This role partners closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to execute core people processes, support workforce initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and follow‑up actions in partnership with BUHR.
• Drive country workforce planning, talent management, and organizational initiatives.
• Support execution of core HR processes including onboarding, employee data changes, performance cycles, and offboarding activities.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries, escalating complex matters as appropriate.
