What You Will Do :

• Manage HR administration including employee contracts, pension coordination, employee status, onboarding, and personal data.
• Prepare and maintain HR letters and documentation related to employee assignments and records.
• Oversee the implementation, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams on system enhancements, upgrades, user training, and HRIS monitoring.
• Provide regular HR analytics and trend reports and manage relationships with HR technology vendors.

What We're Looking for :

• Bachelor from any major.
• At least 3 years experience handling HRIS and HR Operation.
• Good knowledge in HRIS systems, data analytics, and labor laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
