Job Summary
The HR Representative provides operational HR support with a focus on case management, policy compliance, and employee/manager guidance. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to ensure consistent, compliant, and timely execution of HR processes across the organization.
