Job Description

Responsible for facilitating recruitment activities on behalf of the company. Responsible for screening, interviewing, placing workers and staying up to date with all local hiring rules and regulations; administering job interview schedules and offers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitors, organizes and files the PRF.
• Coordinates with hiring managers to identify the needed staff.
• Posts, monitors and activates all job vacancies of all recruitment channels.
• Liaises between the company and employment agencies, universities, and government agencies for employment purposes, as necessary.
• Sources and schedules potential applicants.
• Conducts initial interview and other selection procedures including endorsement to hiring manager.
