The ideal candidate will contribute to building a positive workplace culture while ensuring the company's HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
Manage employee records and maintain the HRIS system.
Coordinate training and development programs.
