The People Partner is a hands-on, frontline advisory role centred on two things: managing employee relations and disciplinary casework, and owing a strong, consistent employee experience across the full lifecycle – onboarding, transitions, performance conversations, rewards and offboarding.
This role will suit someone confident in handling sensitive ER and disciplinary matters with sound judgement, fairness and care, who can also be the trusted point of contact for managers and employees on conduct, policy, culture and people operations
