Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with site-based HR Business Partners on monthly payroll-related topics, providing support, clarification, and recommendationsReview and approve payroll payments to ensure accuracy and complianceMaintain close communication with the external payroll service provider and resolve payroll-related queriesSupport internal and external HR and payroll auditsActively contribute to the review, improvement, and digitalization of payroll processesDevelop expertise in the reporting functionalities
