Position Overview
Summary:You will act as a high-velocity partner to ensure our global delivery model remains robust and compliant during periods of rapid growth.
Responsibilities:Coordinate the operational rollout of global benefit and wellbeing programs to newly acquired populations across multiple countries.Manage the onboarding-to-audit lifecycle for vendors inherited through acquisitions, including initiating requests, navigating requirements, and ensuring all new contracts meet Company’s rigorous delivery standards.Maintain and audit data within Company’s databases to ensure acquired employees are correctly mapped to global benefit plans, ensuring accurate eligibility and payroll deductions.Serve as the primary operational link between the global center and global vendors to resolve complex, escalated claims or inquiries stemming from transition periods.Create and maintain detailed process documentation and RACI model...
