Overview
The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, records management, compliance, and policy implementation. The role ensures that HR procedures and systems operate efficiently and comply with labor laws and internal standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in HR Role
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Discreet with confidential information
