Job Description
Objectives: To ensure full management and supervision of the basic functions of all facets of human resources: Recruitment, Compensation, and Benefits. Training and development, Labor relations, and general service.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Guide key personnel on the implementation of Code of Discipline, and due process procedures
- Ensures that all government and/or legal reports pertinent to disciplinary action cases are properly and fully occupied
- Take action on all labor related cases
- Assess and implement salary program based on the current wage rate per station
