Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Strategic Manpower Planning:
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop talent pipelines for technical, engineering, and administrative roles.
Strategic Sourcing : Use innovative methods to find technical talent, such as engineers and site supervisors, through job portals, social media, and industry networking.
