Overview

The HR Officer plays a key role in supporting the human resource function within the organization.

This role involves assisting with various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration and HRIS management to ensure effective HR Operations and support the organization's goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

• College Graduate (BS Psychology, Human Resource Management).
• With at least 3-5 years of Work experience as HR Officer/ HR Supervisor
• Computer literate.
• Familiar with facets of human resources functions, (Recruitment, Training and Development, Payroll, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits including SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth).
