Position Overview
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:
+ Supporting end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding of new team members
+ Welcoming, orienting, and integrating new colleagues into the IHG culture
+ Creating and implementing programs that foster a positive and inclusive work environment
+ Supporting and administering the annual team member engagement activities
+ Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
+ Assisting in compensation and benefits administration, including employee inquiries and coordination with payroll and benefits providers
What we need from you
+ High school diploma, secondary education, or equivalent
+ At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in compensation and benefits or general HR operations
