Job Summary:
The Human Resource Officer will assist in running the daily functions and activities of the Human Resources (HR) department with an ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
To ensure success, the HR Officer shall be equipped in creating, updating, and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards. The HR Officer may act as a bridge between employees and managers, and create or advise on the creation of policies around employee issues.
