Manage job postings for open rank-and-file roles (direct hire & with manpower provider). Online postings (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Physical posters. Coordinate posters with Marketing Team.
HIRING
- Perform initial review of applicant profiles
- Conduct assessments and initial interviews
ONBOARDING (Mandatory Documents)
- Ensure complete submission of government mandated legal documents prior to onboarding
- Input of new hires information to organizations HRIS system and internal trackers
SCHEDULING
- Coordination of new hires to their respective teams/departments for role-specific training (from manpower provider)
OFFBOARDING
- Perform exit interviews for employees of a certain level
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field.
