Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end global staffing processes - onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle activities across multiple regions
• Ensure compliance with international labour regulations, including visa/work permit requirements
• Maintain accurate employee data
• Serve as the key point of contact between hiring managers and recruitment partners
