Reporting to the HR Director South America, this role will serve as the HR Leader for the Brazil Business Unit. The position acts as a trusted coach and advisor to frontline managers, partnering closely with business leaders to identify performance gaps and develop effective, people-focused solutions. It provides strategic insight across key HR areas, including organizational assessment and talent planning, and plays a critical part in driving improvements in employee engagement, retention, DE&I, and overall culture. Additionally, the role supports organizational design during periods of growth by analyzing future workforce needs and identifying capability gaps, and ensures the effective execution of core HR operations, including payroll, benefits, union interactions, and labor relations.
