This role is responsible for strategic HR planning employee engagement talent acquisition performance management compliance payroll and HR policy development. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the companys workforce and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & HR Administration

• Manage onboarding for administrative staff and workers including uniforms safety gear and orientation.

• Maintain and update the HR database annual leave records and employee master files.

• Oversee daily attendance and overtime management.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Lead end-to-end recruitment from job postings to hiring decisions.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
