Position Overview
Elevate organizational growth as an HR Manager for Global Functions at BRP. Drive strategic HR initiatives and partner with leadership in a collaborative environment to develop impactful people strategies.
In this essential role, you will report directly to the HR Director for Global Functions. With 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership position, your expertise will shape the HR landscape. You'll collaborate closely with senior management, utilizing your fluency in French and English to foster strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a strategic partner to BRP leadership
• Execute integrated HR strategies aligning with goals
• Coach leaders to enhance effectiveness and engagement
• Lead organizational transformation efforts including planning
• Analyze metrics to provide strategic HR insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related field
• 7–10 years HR experience with leadership focus
