Job Description
The incumbent will ensure that HR records and systems are updated, good relations between
Management and Employees are maintained and enhanced while always complying with the Company and Legislative requirements.

POSITION INFO:
Key Performance Areas Manage and Oversee Payroll duties including accurate and timeous processing of payroll including normal and overtime pay for all employees Manage and review all payroll-related functions submitted by the HR Administrators Identify and correct all occupational info, leave balance and engagement and or termination errors before final processing of payroll Prepare and submit the Annual Employment Equity report to the Department of Employment and Labour Ensure the Companyâs adherence to the Skills Development Act including constituting the Skills Development Committee (SDC) Assist in preparation for i...
