The role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to manage HR operations, support the development of staff policies, and oversee recruitment efforts. You will play a key role in ensuring the company's workplace policies are aligned with organizational goals while fostering a positive environment. This position involves managing employee relations for a team of more than 200 staff, addressing workplace concerns, and ensuring that processes and procedures are followed effectively.
