The Role
As HR Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to our leadership team, partnering with managers and colleagues across the organisation to drive a positive, high-performing, and inclusive workplace culture.
You will be responsible for delivering both strategic and operational HR support, ensuring that our people practices align with business objectives while maintaining compliance with Dutch employment legislation.
This role is ideal for a well seasoned HR professional with at least five years of experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about developing talent, supporting leaders, and driving organisational success with a food led business
