The Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations across Jubail Island Investment Company and its associated entities. The role assists with HR administration, employee records, recruitment coordination, payroll support, onboarding, leave management, and training coordination.

The HR Manager works closely with the Executive Director of Support Services, HR team, Finance department, and department heads to ensure that HR processes are implemented accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

The role supports Jubail Island Investment Company and affiliated entities including Jubail Adventure Park, Mangrove Park, Community Management, Jubail Marina, the Facilities Management Company, and other related companies.
